Former BC Enviro Minister, Broadcaster warns of river privateers

Former B.C. Environment Minister and radio host Rafe Mair speaking April 17, 2009 to COSCO ( Council of Senior Citizens Organizations of B.C. ) in Vancouver. Speaking for the Save Our Rivers Society, Mair warned of the threat from private power plants, licensed by the Campbell Liberal government, privatizing power from small "run of the river" power plants.
