Kathy Kelly, co-founder of the Chicago-based Voices in the Wilderness, has been raising awareness of the suffering of the Iraqi people under US-

She has organized many delegations to Iraq and has travelled there 20 times since 1996. She remained in Baghad during this past war in solidarity with the people of Iraq and to witness the cruelty and depravity of "shock and awe". Her first-hand experience in Iraq provides a counterbalance to pro-war disinformation.
